I'm planning on getting a job soon so I can have enough money to cover future expenses once I'm in college. That being said, I'm thinking of buying a new phone since my current one is old, the battery life is abysmal, and it doesn't even have a sim card/phone number. As for a short-term goal, I'd like to get some more band shirts. :3
I plan on getting the next three (books 2,3, and 4) graphic novels of the Dragonet Prophecy by Tui Sutherland! I'm just waiting for book two to be sent to the store I'm picking them up from.
a car some more skincare restocks! i want to splurge a little because im getting older and i can feel my skin also starting to change. want to make sure i do what i can to keep the largest organ of my body nice and hydrated and healthy!
saving up for multiple things, although i guess whatever comes up first. so far i've been saving up for new glasses, better pc, and maybe a trip to visit a close friend (although still iffy about that lol).
other than that, in case of an emergency or if my parents are short on money for something, i can have enough to pitch in and help.
I just really wanna save up money for a rainy day DX but hoe things have been going its hard enough to keep anything at all.
I did wanna save up for a Olympics camera though, just the body as I was able to get some good deals on two lenses but need to find out somehow somewhere, which specific camera the lenses work with.
CEX doesn't like having those answers as I asked them since they had camera but meh.
I also wanted to save up some money for a cosplay, a simple one from dead by daylight, the female legion.
Would need the jumper, mask and shoes.
Other than that? Not much really, maybe some switch games but no biggie
i'm working a ton this summer so i'll probably treat myself to a good chunk of shopping before i go back to uni and resume my frugal student lifestyle, but my immediate purchase plans are minami lane on switch (releasing next week!) and some adidas shoes. still trying to find the perfect pair though - thinking gazelle bolds but undecided
For the short term, I plan to buy some more books and an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I'm also saving up for a chest binder and my own clarinet, but those won't be for a while.
I'm currently looking to invest in a decent size crock pot, there are so many nice meals you can cook in a crock pot and I've been getting into cooking fresh meals more lately
Our next big purchase is going to be a lawn mower. Looking to get a zero turn mower that does a good job and can last a long time and handle a bit of rough terrain. The price range for these things is kind of ridiculous, from around $2000 to around $14,000.
Apparently, looking at reviews, some tip over too easily, some fall apart after a year, some get no traction if the grass is even slightly wet, some engine brands aren't good. Even the type seat (or whether to get a standing one) is a big decision.
By the time we figure out which one we should get, we'll have plenty saved.
