I think I fit the category of relaxationist the best! There are some things in-game I want to complete - like my fish and bug exhibits in the museum so also a bit of a completionist as well. I also do tend to TT back and forth whenever I have fish/bug models I want made and I have way too many bugs/fishes in my storage waiting, so also a time traveller but not really that often since that tends to burn me out.

I am somewhat of a completionist; I’m excited to finish my museum (I already have the art and fossil sections finished), and I want to collect every DIY recipe there is.

But most of the time I’m a relaxed player who just wants to enjoy the low-key vibes this game has to offer. Generally putz around the island, move some furniture, redesign a space, etc...

I think I’m a landscaper, I find that the most fun and it’s mainly what I do whenever I play the game

A mix of a total completionist and a time traveller! I was so close to completing everything in NL (until my 3ds broke D: ) and I'm currently trying to complete the museum in NH. It takes a ton of time travelling because I'm not patient enough lmao.

It's a tie between landscaper and hoarder. On one hand, I love landscaping. It's probably the part where I spend most of my hours into it, I could work forever on my town/island, because I always find something I can change. On the other hand, I start to turn into a hoarder. At least if I take a look into my storage, I noticed a whole bunch of items which I picked up and just throw in there. It's like, I saw something I found cool, bought it, put it in the storage thinking that I can use it at some point... And then I forgot that I even own it and wonder where this came from. Worst thing is, when I try to get rid off some of the stuff, I'm thinking about it twice if I really should give it away, like maybe I will regret it the other day and so I decide often to keep it. Luckily, I still have enough space available, but if it gets too much, then I really have to clean it up, lol.

I'm the absent leader. My villagers don't talk to me, they merely have "encounters." I'm like an NPC that appears less often than Wisp, basically.

...Unless I've completely misinterpreted what "absent leader" even means. In that case, I'm a relaxationist. ^^;

Specifically in AC, I would say I'm a relaxationist. In rl, I'm pretty much always a stressed out completionist, so being able to chill out in game is pretty cool!

Absent leader.

I find that I'll play Animal Crossing consistently for a while, then drop off and do other things. It's how I am IRL as well.. I tend to move between hobbies pretty often, and switch back and forth with them depending on what I'm feeling like on any given day.

It's the same with hobbies in Animal Crossing. Sometimes, I'll be into decoration and want to spend time doing my room up. Other times, I'll feel more like fishing and catching bugs. Other times, I just want to chat to villagers and relax.
