What more do I have to do? (Spoilers)

Isabelle specifically told me I needed to build an incline and after that, I had a 3 star rating.

Hi! Here's what I did to get my 3 stars.
I got it relatively quickly and mostly just focused on the mental image I had for my island.

1. Deweed the entire island. I hated the weeds, so this was just sort of natural for me.

2. Move in all 10 villagers.

3. Nook mile items and outdoor items. I think by the time I got 3 stars I had 10-ish?
-Tea cups
-Jungle gym
-Elephant slide
-Toy spring-ride thing? It's yellow and in the shape of a horse or something.
-Cotton candy machine
-3 fountains
-outdoor bath
-Football

3. Bridges/Inclines. I had about 4ish bridges and 3 inclines done.

4. Flowers. I had about 50, with only two or three being hybrids.

5. Fruit trees. Most all of the trees on my island were native and foreign fruit trees.​

What does it mean when she says that atleast there are no ghosts? Is that supposed to mean something regarding Wisp or whatever his name is?

I think it's just a call back to the nook miles achievement you get for helping Wisp. It says "If you happen to encounter one of the island's secrets, maybe just keep it to yourself. We don't want to scare anyone away from here. Pretty sure that's in your island contract..."

Basically Isabelle thinks there is no ghost on the island, but we know there is since we met Wisp, so I think we're just supposed to think, "lol Isabelle, that's not even true."

Hello, I'm here just to let you know that my island rating today jumped from 2 stars to 4 stars. I wish you luck
