my phone is old (iPhone 7) so the battery life is really s***ty. I charge it every night but by the end of a normal day its usually at like 20% if I dont charge it intermittently at all

Mine is currently at 91% and I last charged it about 24 hours ago. I don't use it very much so even though it's an old phone, the battery can last several days before I need to charge it again.

As of this post, my phone's battery is at 3%. I don't actually use my phone too much these days, so usually I'm able to just charge it to 100%, then wait a few days till it gets close to 0% and then recharge it and start the process again.
