What rare Amiibo do you have?

I'm not sure if it's still rare, but I have a gold mario amiibo, as well as many others from back when I was more into collecting them. I sort of lost interest in actively collecting them but I still get one every now and then if it's for a decent price.

Honestly to me it's rare if 1 Nintendo doesn't produce it anymore and 2 you can't find them on shelves anymore. So by that standard, a bit.

W.Link was stupid hard for me to find, which I'm guessing would be my rarest. I also have the squid sisters, Ganondorf Smash, Ocarina Link and Toon Link. As well as all the animal crossing amiibo but some of those can still be found in stores.

Idk how rare the Monster Hunter amiibo are, considering it was also a Japan exclusive(?) thing, but I have a rider amiibo as well.

I have the glow in the dark Boo he really is awesome. I didn’t realize he is so expensive now. I’ve bought the majority of mine for retail but a couple I wanted really badly that I couldn’t find in store I was only willing to pay a max of $20-30 for. Any I only sort of wanted I passed on.

Dope! I really hope you have the Luigi's Mansion steel book too; they would look so good together for display, since they both glow in the dark. I have the steel book but not boo. He was already rare when I got into amiibo collecting. :c

i don't think they're rare, but i never see the splatoon ones much. i have the inklings and squid from the first game and hope to one day have the whole set. hopefully with splatoon 3 in the works maybe they'll start selling again.

I'm really hoping for a Marie amiibo, but they never restocked the Squid Sisters for Splatoon 2, so I'm not very optimistic about their return for 3. I imagine they'll bring back some of the regular squid kids though!

I actually don’t have the steel book. I did preorder Luigi’s Mansion but I don’t believe it was available as a preorder bonus in my country. I didn’t know Boo was rare at the time but I knew he would be popular. I went to check the local store the day he released and they luckily had a couple of him. Though ever since that day I haven’t seen him again since. I also got Daisy and Waluigi that day (same release date). I no longer have Daisy as I later got her smash version and gave the Mario version to a friend of mine who was moving away as a gift.

Bummer. Ghosty on his own is still super cool though! It sounds like they didn't manufacture very many. I think Waluigi is rare too? I got Toad. He's sitting in my little "nature" vignette on my book cubby.

I dunno how rare they are since some has been reprinted or you can get em cheap from Japan, but yeah I've a bunch of Spla2n ones (octoling set, pearl+marina, inkling girl+boy) and some old Isabelle one I don't recall where I got it from.
