What should I put here...?

I have this medium-sized plot of land left next to my Resident Services (Located to the right up there) and the ramen stand. And... I dunno, I'm all out of ideas? I just don't know what to put here to kind of tie everything together. Any ideas and fun tips will be appreciated

Maybe a few tables with cloth (or smaller tables) with some New Year's Noodles on the tables and chairs to sit at? I have the same sort of thing on my island, but it's a general cafe instead of a ramen stand.
