What sort of music do you want in AC:3DS?

Okay so I'm posting this thread because I love the music in Animal Crossing. But what do you guys want to hear in the new Animal Crossing game? I've heard some really good renditions on youtube by Cleffernotes who makes his own music on what he thinks is going to be in the new game. He has made 24 pieces of music for each hour so that's pretty amazing. I especially like his music for 1am and 6am

Okay that was a lot and I have a lot more but I'll stop here. I hope you guys get the idea on what sort of music I really like on Animal Crossing. I like those really bouncy happy songs that make you want to jump at it to play it. You can also help by putting links to songs that you want to hear in the game (they must be instrumentals, no vocals in the songs). I'll link those songs in the thread and probably start separating them to different categories if they start getting out of hand.

They must be very specific like eg. Summer 9am

I also love ClefferNotes' renditions! My favorite is his 2PM song. Even though his ideas and songs are AWESOME, i find that his songs have too much reverb (notice how the sounds and samples in his songs echo a lot) to fit in an animal crossing game. In my opinion having that echo-y type of music would ruin that outdoorsy town feel. He also has a lot of beat samples that he puts in there, which also kind of ruins the feel, making his songs seem like techno remixes and not game soundtracks. But the overall composition of his songs are GREAT.

I disagree with your idea of having happy bouncy songs in it that make you want to jump at it to play. Animal Crossing is known for its laid back and relaxing music; I would kind of be repelled if I were just sitting around and fishing or having a chat with my neighbors while there's upbeat, cheery and energetic music in the background. Those kind of songs fit in fast paced games, because you'll want the energy. That's not the case in animal crossing; you just want to relax and enjoy. Usually there's a little bit of upbeatness during the late morning and early afternoon hours, but it still doesn't ruin that easy going feel. But that's just me!

I started following Cleffernotes/Chris around 5 hours after his first Animal Crossing Song. I really like 12am & 2am songs he did, I LOVE 3am. that would fit the game perfectly!

I get what feel you mean, and i really like those song. But some of them wouldn't really fit into the game but that's just my opinion.
