Pokémon What Starter Did You Pick in Each Region?

2: Cyndaquil
3: Torchic (sometimes I pick mudkip though)
4: Chimchar (all of the starters are good, but there’s no good fire types early and mid game)
5: Snivy
6: Froakie
7: Popplio
6: Scorbunny (I don’t really like any gen 8 starter but the other two I dislike more)

What starter is my favourite, you mean? Since I've had multiple save files in each region.

Kanto: Squirtle
Pikachu or Eevee?: Eevee
Johto: Chikorita
Hoenn: Mudkip
Sinnoh: Piplup
Unova: Tepig
Kalos: Chespin
Alola: Popplio (I like owls but Primarina is a better final evolution than Decidueye, I'd said)
Galar: Grookey (Rillaboom is the only G8 final starter evo that looks good)
EDIT: I would be inclined to select Rowlet for Hisui.

Wanted to update what I mentioned before.

Kanto: Usually Bulbasaur, Though Squirtle is a very close second.
Jhoto: Cyndaquil, though technically I did that long, LONG action in Soulsilver where I brought all staters to the game; because I love them all.
Hoenn: Treecko
Sinnoh: Turtwig, though pretty sure I used Chimchar for one of my games.
Unova: Snivy, but once again Oshawott is a close second
Kalos: Fennekin
Alola: Rowlet
Galar: Sobble
Hisui: Went back with my ol' partner Cyndaquil!

I am still playing the older games when I find time, and since having most games I've had the chance to try most starters.
I know Mudkip, Tepig, and Squirtle are fun to use as well.

Alright, here goes: (This is being judged on my first playthrough of each region. Region sequels/enhanced ports do not count)

Kanto: Bulbasaur
Johto: Totodile
Hoenn: I don't remember honestly, it might have been Treecko
Sinnoh: Turtwig
Unova: Oshawott
Kalos: Fennekin (I actually wanted Chespin, but me and my brother swapped starters last minute and I chose the worst looking final fire type starter, but I honestly didn't care how it looked. I'll be honest once more, 4 legged starters becoming bipedal don't really bother me...)
Alola: Rowlet
Galar: Scorbunny
Hisui: Haven't played this and I'm not sure if I want to, but if I ever do I'm picking Oshawott
Gen 9's region name TBD: Quaxly for sure.
