What's the point to earn all bells but can't even find the villager I want? (not bells problem but nobody have it move out/sell)

I tried TBT and also other forums to search for my wanted villager but then at another forum, I commented on someone who wanna take my moving out villager, Paula (someone who want all unwanted villager) then someone else come to comment and said I shouldn't do giveaway here go to TBT, this forum only for chitchat. Well I am just commenting for someone who willing to adopt villager AT THE ADOPTION THREAD and I got say am doing wrong =.= what the....

But is kinda upset to have bells but can't get what you want...

No bells= is everywhere to grab but no!!!

O.O no worries I once had her in my campsite and I soon gonna get Paula out and try to cycle my campsite, if she appear again I will adopt her and give it to you =DD

I didn't have to pay any bells for my top tier villagers (Stitches, Merengue, Beau, Flurry, Ruby). I was lucky enough to find people willing to give them away for free.

Most of my dreamies are tier 5 in popularity, which is "bottom of the barrel". It took me a very long time to find them! I would constantly search threads, but they were always auto-voided. :'[

Unfortunately it's all about luck. I've been trying to find Daisy or Goldie for a while and have come up with nothing so far. You just have to constantly cycle through villagers and hope for the best.

Most of my villagers came from campsites lol. Didn't bother with buying villagers since I don't have a million bells -.-
