What villagers do you think are in the wrong Tier?

For example, I really think Gala is in the wrong tier. She should be at least a tier 3 or 4. She's so adorable that she should at least be a little higher! I mean, to be fair she's one of the cuter pigs in animal crossing and all. Lil flower piggy baby <3 What about you? Do you have any villagers who you think should be in a higher or lower tier?

there are so many very cute and visually appealing villagers which should be way higher (cole, kiki, pashmina, tammy, mint)
I personally don't really see why people are so into Ankha but that's just taste I guess

I understand why Marshal and Diana are really high on demand because pastel colors and "kawaii" are so in right now, but honestly they're so common now that almost 6 out of 10 towns own them. They should be ranked lower now, like Julian and Muffy.

I'm really, really shocked that Dotty, Nana, Shari, Chadder, Pinky, and Frita are ranked very low.
I do get a lil' bit that Nana and Shari aren't that popular because a lot of players hate monkeys, but Nana and Shari are cutesy monkeys with "cute" color schemes similar to Diana, Merengue, and Marshal.
Dotty's the best peppy rabbit, she looks so...dotty.
Chadder and Frita are food-styled villagers like Zucker, Tangy, and Merengue and why are they in Tier 5? They're not cute food? Frita and Chadder look so unique, and think of all the cheese puns you can use to Chadder! I guess Chadder is jut a hit-or-miss like Pietro, because many don't like mice. But personally I can't say no to a smol gentlemanly cheese mouse. Frita looks very unique and one of the few uchi designs I appreciate.
Pinky is a pink panda. I thought she would be more popular.

That being said with Nana and Shari, it's no surprise that Gala (or even Celia and Gayle) aren't popular. Gala looks pretty, if you ask me, but I'm aware that there are quite a number of players that hates pigs with a burning passion... Oh well, to each on their own!

Greggy^has a point. When it come to villagers like Pietro or Frita, it completely depends on a person's taste and liking to determine whether they are cute or not. imo, some villagers in the top tier (like Marshal or Zucker) are in the top tier (hear me out, it'll make sense), is because of exposure, and this only makes them even more popular. When people post pictures or cute dialogs of them, it makes them more desirable to others, because you see them around, and you think to yourself that you want them to be in your town too.
Lower tier villagers, like Nana or Dotty, no doubt they are cute, but they are not memorable. Unless you have them as a random move in, you won't be as likely to actively search for them compared to top tier villagers.
(This is just my opinion of course, and I'm more than happy to hear about yours. )

I'll be honest, hear me out! I know you want lower tier villagers such as Gala and Shari to be higher but I see Bunnie is a really highly demanded villager, as high demanded as tier 1 villagers yet she is tier 2.

Don't shoot me down please. I know in my sig there is higher tier villagers as my dreamies and I know Bunnie is one of them but I have reasons for liking each of those villagers but me and Bunnie go all the way back to Wild World. Same with Stitches and Wolfgang. But yeah. Everyone has their preferences and there are some tier 4 and 5 villagers that deserve to be higher like I was surprised that Gayle was tier 5! She is so cute!!!

I don't understand the dislike of monkeys personally. In WW they were very popular because you could only get them through hacking or if you lived in Japan (during certain events I think). I learned to hack them so I could get Champ. He was absolute favourite. Why isn't he in NL Nintendo?!
