Lots of talk happening since the start of the month with the rumored 4K "Pro" Nintendo Switch that would upscale its 1080p native resolution to 4K thanks to its dock.
I also used a ML enabled software to get this screenshot scaled up to 4K resolution. See what Animal Crossing: New Horizons would look like in 4K. Enjoy !
EDIT : I'm already kind of enjoying Animal Crossing in 4K on my 4K Samsung QLED TV. It upscales (interpolates) the Nintendo Switch image to 4K and smoothen the framerate to something akin to 60 fps. I never noticed it until I moved my Nintendo Switch dock to another (older) 1080p TV in my house. The framerate shown on screen was what the console was outputting, and that was noticeable right off the bat. So my angle here is, if you have a 4K TV that already upscales the Nintendo Switch's signal and improves its framerate, you already have the experience of the Nintendo Switch "Pro".
