My Recycle Bin is always empty, since I almost always delete files permanently unless I bulk delete stuff, even after that I empty out my Bin as soon as I'm done cleaning out.

I mostly delete stuff immediately after. Only things that I feel like I might possibly need in the future I'll not delete out of my bin. It's now filled with about 5 word-documents of schoolwork and a map with some of my passwords for sites I don't really use anymore
