💎Whats still missing from the update..🔍What still needs to be done! 🔎🍁

I agree with that. While it is nice to hear suggestions, keep in mind that the game was unfinished when it was released, and this is the update for the complete game.
I would say the game was complete by the time they put the last holiday in.
Because that's when the last advertised NPC (before launch) was added to the game.
And all the things like diving was added to the game before then. Making the achievements fully achievable.

Aside from QOL updates like bulk crafting, buying bulk NMT, and a cart for Able's, I wish they added rugs outside. Also more multiplayer stuff. I don't really play multiplayer, but I know a lot of people were hoping for mini games similar to the ones in NL.

I would like to store DIY. Second, the other fruits from NL. Third, I would like a DIY that we can use to build mannequins that we can clothes and display in the house and on the island. I know we have the wands, but I like the NL way.

-For as much has been provided to players to customize their island, I feel like the one thing that's really stopping the game from being satisfying for me would be the lack of a way to easily cover cliff sides. Maybe something, similar to the fence tools, except it applies a specific style of wall over a cliff face you're looking at. Just being able to put up different walls that span the height of the cliff would do so much for island customization. I'm so tired of digging through furniture lists just to find something that would function as a nice wall for a cliff. There's basically nothing that fits that.
The worst part is You can already get inclines that cover the sides of its cliff with a wall, but it just ends at the top.
When combined with all of the nice amenities the player has to decorate the ground, it's hard to make a lot of island features look good, because of the chunky cliff sides

-Also maybe a stretch, but being able to build the non-home buildings featured on the new DLC on your island would be really helpful. It feels like so much of the game requires you to fake features such as buildings in a completely underwhelming manner that would be so easy to just give the player. The game gives you so much themed furniture for specific places, and yet demands you mimic these spaces in a room of your home. I feel this would extend the life of the game by a lot

There's some issues with paths I feel should be fixed:

-Attempting to place a path over the edge of the cliff or water feature should result in some sort of defined edge cap, like a brick edge or something.

-You should be able to place a path on any spot that you can reach where the bare ground is visible. The fact that you can't have your paths touch diagonal bridges is something I can't attribute to anything besides laziness. It also sucks not being able to make the path go under buildings.

-placing a path on a diagonal edge of the terrain should result in a diagonal path that follows the edge the same way cardinal paths do. There should be a way to make diagonal paths in general.

-it would be cool to see shorter, movable versions of the bridges, maybe as something similar to a furniture item. For 1-2 space gaps

I think Sable should be able to customize clothes the way Cyrus customizes furniture. That way when we randomly get new clothes from villagers we can register the variants without having to wait for it to show up at Able Sisters for sale and making multiple dressing room trips

Personally I don’t really think anything is missing after the 2.0 update. I think they created everything they intended to create and I think the game has a solid charm and theme to it for sure
