I have this theme on my 3DSXL currently:
I also have the Dire Moon and SMO themes, but I use this one most of the time because it's cute, it has a nice pastel pallette, I love the little flowers, and the music is a soft remix of the flower garden theme from Yoshi's Island on the SNES. I definitely recommend it.

I always use the ACNL themes according to the current season, so right now it's "ACNL: Swimming in the Sea". I use smaller icons too so that the illustrations aren't covered up/I only use one page.

When there really isn't a theme that cordinates with the current time, I use "ACNL: Colorful Pattern".
This one's my favorite.

Well there are free ones once in a while, and if you've played their mobile games and go to My Nintendo for points there are free platinum coins up for grab still.

Mines the gardening one with Leif. I didn?t know what to do with the extra cash after buying a game, so I thought why not.
On my NN3DSXL it’s currently the Xenoblade one where the Gaur Plains music is playing. I know that one is old now, but I tend to change the theme on my system to match whatever game I’m playing at the time.
And on my NN2DSXL it’s just the standard US/UM Necrozma theme.

Well you can go to the theme shop? Sometimes they randomly put them there and sometimes people here give out codes as well. And you can earn MN bonuses just by logging in there and doing random stuff.
My Nintendo 3DS Menu Theme is the ACNL: Swimming in the Sea. I got this theme for free from someone in a discord server that I'm in. It's pretty nice to look at sometimes and the music is nice too. Here's what the 3DS Menu Theme looks like:

I got Hanafuda since I had a few dollars left over and wasn't really interested in anything else. It's a really beautiful theme, and the art style is one of my favorites. It's also nice because the card game is a huge part of Nintendo's history.
