Its not, and I'm sure I'm the rooster. Know why? My parents gave me a TY Benie Baby of the Zodiac collection and the rooster one and it says the year they are born in are. Mine was in there. People would complain about this about not accurate. But it is, so there.

Um, Kirby, you're thinking of Astrology, with Cancer, Capricorn, and all those. This is the Chinese Zodiac, that has the Ox, Dragon, etc. It's okay though, you might have got them mixed up. It happens.
