When adding skin tones to custom hats

I have this lovely hat and I've change the skin tone color 3 times in the design but it still doesn't match. i have no tan at all. Can you guys help me?​

should be default pale skin. the first one on the guide.

Apparently there is 15 shades of tans so which color goes with which shade of tan goes with which color for the patterns.....
