When can we have the woods theme whenever?

Yesterday, it was only in the woods board. But since it got darker the woods grew bigger and became the whole forum. I loved that style, and I will love it even more if you make it to where you can set that style to be whenever. I mean look at the Pokecommunity forums, its LOADED with styles, and you only have 3. It would be nice if you could do something about it, but alas you probably wont.

Well, TBT already decorated the banner with the Kalos starters, evolving each day. Suppose they could use that banner or something else.

i'd agree, but it ruins the uniqueness of having it around on special occasions such as Halloween and Friday the 13th.
good news is, this month the 13th is on a Friday so if i'm right, we'll be seeing the woods again soon.

Love this idea might take a way from some events or activities that the staff holds because this will take them some time to do if they end up doing it. However I totally think it's worth it ^_^

The thing is, the staff does love to listen to the community's ideas and implement what they want, but in this case if they let the woods theme be up for use anytime, it'd ruin the uniqueness of it. Like the whole point of the woods theme is its creepy atmosphere which is best displayed on an event as spooky as Halloween or Friday the 13th, on which like you guys said the theme is used.

That being said, a similar theme with a slightly darker tone would be lovely to have, since it's much more soothing to the eye, especially when one is browsing in the dark in bed and you want the lowest level of brightness as possible.

it really shouldn't take more than a minute to do this tbh

the theme is already in the database, all they have to do is shift it so its in the board theme settings options

to both of these I say "meh"

there's plenty of other unique things the staff generally do for these occasions, especially for Halloween, that I really don't see letting a theme that should by all means be a standard become a standard ruining anything about it

it just comes off as more of a poor excuse to me to not implant it than anything else

I'm not saying that, I'm just specifically referring to the Woods theme.

As of the addition of new themes, it's really up to the moderators if they decide to put up a new theme or not. Maybe making a new thread specifically asking for that would get more attention.

they mean it they can if they want to but the woods theme is for special occasions but I wish they'll add it for the people who want it anyway

Do you have any plans on changing the way the forum looks?
For anything like this, nothing will be released until a Bell Tree Direct.

Probably not, tho. They already get it to change to night time which is similar.

If the normal forum hurts ur eyes, you could always switch to Undercover mode, or turn down the brightness.
