Tommorow is the only day of the week that I will go to the shops, so I would like to know if I should or shouldn't ask my parents for it. HHD is on a very cheap sale that lasts a month from right now (30% off, spreeee!) but the bad thing is that I am extremely scared because I just bought my last 3DS game in May and I just restarted my town and I have only invested one week into it. This is a very big dilemma and I will love and appreciate it so much for any response!!!

If you like designing go for it! If your more of an outside design your town sort of person don't get it.
Either way it's your choice :D

It's up to you whether you get it or not. Once you get sick of it, you can always get back to your town

I think it's a relaxing game to play in bed before I go to sleep. I usually play in my New Leaf town during the day and then I design a couple of houses at night.

For 30% off, I say go for it.

I put my 4 AC:NL games on hiatus. I took note of my last date of play on each so I can pick up where I left off.

While you don't have a town to play in in HHD, you do have the ability to design villagers' yards and do a lot more detailed outdoor design than you do in AC:NL.

Villager interactions are more limited in some ways, but their actions are more varied. There's nothing more charming than watching them sing along to a song using a microphone.

Hope this helps!

It depends on your gaming preferences. The game is literally about designing houses/buildings and that's it. If you don't like doing that, do not bother getting it.

I mean, if you're worried about sharing time between New Leaf and HHD, let it ease your mind that you don't need to worry about logging in to HHD everyday to check on characters, plots, water flowers, et cetera. HHD lacks the chores and the time constraints that NL and the other AC games do, so there's no reason why you can't keep investing time into your NL town and pick up HHD during times when you're not doing NL related chores. No one notices if you don't show up for work in HHD lol.
