Which board to post in?

If I want to "sell" visits to my town in order to get my train station upgrade, but I'm not actually giving any items away, would I post in either Re-Tail or the Train Station? I'm going to be trading TBT for it, which makes me want to put it in Re-Tail, but I'm just not sure.

I'd agree with Retail, I've seen many threads like that in Retail before But you wouldn't be wrong to put in the Train Station either, however it probably wouldn't get as much attention
