Which 'special' non-villager character do you wish was an actual villager?

I think Flick would be a fun villager. He’s a chill lizard(?) who’s passionate about bugs— nothing too exciting, but an interesting avenue to explore nonetheless. Maybe his house would be full of bug models? And he has his own studio room? That would be nice.

Porter has always been one of my favorite and most underrated special characters! Honestly, the special characters are so unique and wonderful, I enjoy seeing the ones who have species counterparts as villagers like him and Katie!

while i'd absolutely love to have isabelle, k.k., blathers, celeste, and others as villagers, i also love their roles in the game so it would like to keep them as special npcs. i'd also like gracie, resetti, pelly, etc. back in their previous roles. with that silly reasoning, i'd pick copper and booker because they're no longer in NH and they're overlooked (no special furniture of them in pocket camp) and i wouldn't want them back in their roles because, uh, you know...

I'll have to jump on the Celeste bandwagon. I love her! She's too cute and I'd really love her dialogue. But, I would also really like Blanca. I know she's literally just a blank faced Cat but I always liked her. After seeing her so much back in my WW days I became a fan! I don't think she would add much without them having to add special functionality for her.. maybe she would be able to put Able Sister's patterns on her face or something!

oof, i can make a case for all of them, but in new leaf in particular, i really wish isabelle had her own house like all the rest of the villagers she's so extra sweet in new leaf, i think, in her role as assistant to your mayor, and so hardworking... she deserves a break and a house of her very own to kick back in!!
