Who do I report to?

Hi guys I'm a moderator at a villager trading community on Reddit and I need to warn staff about a member who stole villagers in our community who also participates here.

I don't frequent these forums much, so could someone point me to who I should be speaking to?

I do have proof of the incident.

Give their account a negative wi-fi rating and include the reason as to why they shouldn't be traded with. Staff doesn't have much power with this and in-game offenses are of less importance to them. They're just here to make sure it doesn't get out of hand on the site.
