In my opinion:
Out of those 5, probably Marshal.
I'm not really interested in Raymond's overall design.
I don't care for duck villagers.
I don't really care for bears either, and there are better snooties than Judy, and better Peppies than Bluebear.

Since you have both Raymond and Marshall, which share a personality type, maybe let one of them go? Or perhaps another villager with a duplicate personality, such as Bluebear.

i adore judy soooo much, she's super cute and i could never get rid of her either

out of all those my fave is probably Molly? with Bluebear being a close second. Marshal is cute but I've never actually had him (to my knowledge), and out of the smugs he's not my fave (that spot's taken by Rodney). Judy seems a bit intense to me in terms of design but she's also cute, and as for Raymond I don't dislike him I'm just not up on the hype.

Rodney gets too much hate-
I prolly wouldn't have him on my island, but I think hes really not as bad as Naomi or leopald. the only think I don't like about him is his eyes

I have Judy on my island now and she's boring. I'm gonna void her the first chance I get. I've never met Marshal or Raymond so I don't know if I like them or not. And if I did ever meet Molly and and Bluebear then I don't remember them, so they mustn't be all that interesting either. On the whole, I can't say that I like any of those characters ...
Leopold is on my island now and I like him a lot. I had Rodney, too, for a while and he's cool ... No-one's as cool as Rasher though !!

Choosing villagers is difficult because it all boils down to personal preference. Different villagers mean different things to different people so this will really boil down to how much you value each of them personally. Personally, I’d keep Marshal because he means the most to me amongst all the rest of the animal crossing villagers. But that’s because of several reasons that stemmed from way back NL. He just means so much to me that others can never compare.
Molly is my favorite of these! Sounds like you're gonna keep her, which is good, because she is the cutest little duck. I had her in New Leaf ❤ Personally, I'd choose Raymond to kick out, only because everyone has him, lol. He is cute, though. tough choice!
I voted for Judy as the one I like the most, I have her on my island at the moment and she's currently one of my favourite villagers. I think she's got a really interesting design and reminds me of a sweet little beanie bear, plus I like the snooty personality. Though I think they're all great villagers I'd pick Bluebear as my least favourite just cause I've never had her in any of my games.

Bluebear is my definite favorite, had her in NL and loved her. If I'd ever get her on NH, she'd be my prisoner.

I would rank the ones you've listed:
1) Raymond
2) Judy
3) Molly
4) Marshal
5) Bluebear
Raymond's my favorite of these because, while I'm not crazy about him and there are other villagers I like better, I do think he has a sleek and interesting design.
Judy's second because of her color scheme. Really not fond of the eyes though.
Molly's third mostly just because of Judy's color scheme. I like Molly, she's just a good, cute duckling. But compared to Judy's color scheme, Molly is just comparatively plain. This is fine and all, but I tend to prefer more unique designs with distinguishing features that set villagers apart. I could probably switch the two around though, to be honest.
4th and 5th place could really go either way. I dislike Marshal's design due to the lack of a nose being distracting and, while his design otherwise is sort of pleasant, he doesn't really have anything to make up for the lack of a nose like how, say, Ankha (one of my favorite villagers in general) has that whole elaborate Ancient Egyptian headdress design going on. Bluebear, meanwhile, is the most "generic" of the group. I ranked Marshal above Bluebear because, even though I don't really like his design, it still has a certain appeal that I can see.
