Who has been the singer/band you been following for the most time?

Either Grimes or Vampillia. I am not particularly into Grimes as much, but they occasionally release something I like even though their style changed. It is rare that I like a particular group/artist entirely, I usually focus on a few songs.

I don't listen to her at all anymore, but I guess you could say I've been "following" Taylor Swift's career since 2009 (which probably has to do with the fact that she's in the news all the time).
As far as singers I actually listen to, I've had somewhat of an interest in Lana Del Rey since 2013-ish.

I've been following The Cars' music since I was really small (I wasn't around when the band started - I was born in '94 and raised on classic rock) and I'm saddened by Ric Ocasek's passing.

I honestly can't say. In the mid 2000's I was heavily into heavy metal, of almost all kinds, so I think it might've been HammerFall? Then I started getting into psychedelic and progressive rock thanks to my friend and me abandoning metal almost altogether. Now I'm a huge metal head again and equally like all the psych and prog my friend got me into and then some! SO WHO KNOWS!!!

Eric Owyoung from Future of Forestry. He used to be a worship leader with a band named Something Like Silas, but then drifted into alternative rock, and now is more modern classical. The progression has been simultaneously good and bad. I like seeing his style and abilities demonstrated throughout multiple genres, but I miss the style of the Travel EPs.

probably all those hippie music from the 60s-70s, and some japanese oldies.

i don't really listen to the same things as i did when i was a kid or youth so yeah after high school it was basically random world hippie music for me aha

For a while now I've been following Eddie Money, Huey Lewis (and the News), and Phil Collins. E$ recently passed away due to esophageal cancer (rip), and the other two are doing okay; they have a lot of health issues, but they push on for the joy of their fans. It takes a lot of dedication to deal with so many personal illnesses, yet still manage to put on shows and write new music year after year.
