Who made TBT?

This was answered in Ask The Staff a week or two ago, but this forum started as a "Ask Us Anything about Animal Crossing" on the NSider forums. After the NSider forums were shut down, Jer started this forum with a few others as a place for anyone to talk about Animal Crossing and to have a place for all the NSider friends they had. Just think: 2004 was 10 years ago. Jer would have been quite young at the time he made this site.

Little clarification needed, as the NSider forums closed in 2007 and TBT is like 9 or 10.
