Mine's by far Kiki. 
I was more than ecstatic when someone gave her to me for free, after months of searching! I almost coughed up millions for her, which took forever to save up, when suddenly someone stepped out and noticed how I was looking for her on nearly every site, and got her in their cycle town, and moved her out, all for me!
I can't give an exact reason for liking her... I mostly think she's super cute, and Kiki's Delivery Service is one of my favourite Studio Ghibli movies, and movies in general.
