Why did Animal Crossing: City Folk die off so quick when people STILL play the original, and Wild World?

Music wasn't as charming as the Gamecube version, but mainly it was just getting way too repetitive.

Wait, let me answer my own question. Everyone went straight to doing all the best parts right away, and then cloning showed up, with hacking. Plus, it's still fun if you start over.

Villagers don't talk about as much, or come to your house, or give pictures.
The original has more cool things, the DS is more accessible wherever you are.

yeah it's repetitive. been trying for a tarantula and missed and i don't even look forward to going on because i never see it anymore. it bores me now.

Because AC:CF just gets boring. The grass dying put my sister off playing, but she's trying to get it to grow back. And I guess it's just not AS fun, the DS could be played anywhere and the GC was new and exciting. :eek:fftopic: I remember 3 years ago, I was in a traffic jam, and went on Wild World. Then suddenly the person in the car next to us waved, and showed his Wild World cartridge. I went over to his town. He swore a lot. It wasn't all golden though, when he came over he attacked my trees. But he let me come over. He put down his DS, so I destroyed his trees. Then I ducked down under the window view, and switched off. It was fun... <_<

You only go on the game for a tarantula?
There's more than just tarantula hunting...

I'm sure you did. :|
Seriously, you wouldn't randomly show a DS cartridge out of a window and play. Seriously...

Hey look! My package with Wii Sports Resort is here! Bye! I'm going to go play it!
Speaking of Wii Sports, does anyone else think the first one died off super quick as well?

Somebody just wasted $50.

And the reason I stopped playing AC:CF was because I found better games.

i dont get it. i play accf more because wild world is on ds and ds dosent support wep and i have wpa and wii supports wap. and gamecube dosent have wifi. i bought cf because i thought it would be fun to play with people without worrying about security type.
