Hi, i have noticed that there are alot of people who are looking to sell their turnips, mostly they post in the Turnip thread but there is hardly any response so i was wondering why isn't there a official board for turnips? I mean it is a great way to make a huge amount of bells in a short time. It would make it alot easier to sell turnips that way. I hope I'm not breaking any rules for posting this here, i was told to do it this way before using the contact us option. =)

I don't think we really need a board just dedicated to turnips. It just wouldn't be that active, and it's a small portion of AC:NL. It should cover a larger facility of things to do, kind of like in the Re-tail board. I'm sure people get plenty of responses in the turnip thread. They could just possibly be by VM or PM so you don't see them in the actual thread. (Also, no, this isn't against the rules; it's fine to input your ideas and such.)
Its true that it isnt very active, but maybe if there was a board it would become more active, like on reddit the is a page dedicated to turnips only and it is very active.. but i don't like going there since the mods are very unfriendly. Since retail here is very active and alot of people ask IGB as payment it would be logical to have a board for turnips.. because that way you make a huge amount of bells.. atleast that is my opinion... idk if there ever was such a board but it got taken down because of lack of interest, ive only been here since Nov 2015. I understand where you are coming from and i appreciate your comment =)
