Wifi ratings show up in AC related boards.

As this isn't an AC related board, it isn't going to show up here. If you go to a relevant board it will.

If you're talking about your profile page, it's always there. No refreshing is ever required, if it isn't showing up it has to do with your end, not the site.

for some reason it wont show up in the general AC board and ACNL boards. sometimes it will and sometimes it wont. and sometimes it wont show on the profile but it usually will.

Also intentional. It's for trading boards. There is no need in the discussion boards. Hiding it in there reenforces that it's not a general reputation system: It should have no meaning outside of trading.
