Also, does anyone else feel a LITTLE bit annoyed about the fact that Nintendo limits only ONE install of the Wii Speak channel per Wii Speak unit sold? In other words, I can't install the channel and have a friend with Wii Speak come over and use it on my Wii... They'd have to bring theirs. And that also means that you'd have to be braindead to buy one of these secondhand... ANGRYFACE @ Nintendo!

Yea, me and my friend Mike was discussing about that. In fact,we're almost on theroad of trying to convince head companies like gamecrazy and what not to NOT accept products like that--due that kind of move that game companies do companies like them to get ahead in the game themselves.

Note: For those that do not understand, just in case. You buy a ps1 game, brand new, out of the box. $50. Decide a couple months later ya do not want the game. GameStop it from you for $13. GrameStop would then put it on the shelf for $40. Thats $37 ahead for them! Granted, it at first might be stupid to consider it like that, but thats how the world works. Its whoever can perform the most tricks to get a treat. But then merchendice like the one time wii-speak or one-time final fantasy game (cant recall the name) comes along... then soon everyone is going to follow suit... and then, companies like GameStop and Gamecrazy won't sell used games or equipment that you direly need; or used equipment becouse at some point there will be a chip embeded inside to where its dedicated to that ONE system and will not work on others... then next thing ya know? Poof! No more Gamestop! No more Gamecrazy! No more Slackers! Less jobs and everything... I could go on but I think this is long enough....

I HAVE IT!! i feel like talking 80% of the time on wi-fi ..... and i HATE typing.. so thats why i look at it as awesome.. ALSO there will be other games wii is making with it.. so its good to have it.. cause youll be able to use it multiple games..

I was interested in WiiSpeak until I visited a town the other night and heard sounds of someone washing dishes while I tried to 'talk' to the animals!

I notice there's a headphones setting on the Wii, so I guess they're not expecting everyone to shout at the TV.

I have Wiispeak. I use it scarcely, due to many people being shy. I don't really understand why, it's just your voice. I'll be glad to have a Wiispeak session with you next time you host at your town.

why wouldn't anyone get it? the keyboard costs more money. Are people really that scared of what there VOICE! sounds like i could see if it was a vision cam or something but its just your voice....a PROUD wiispeak user rofl!
