Animal Crossing: Wild World Perfect Town Guide
First, you have to make sure they are only 3 or less weeds in your town. I'd pick them all, just in case.
Trees: This is the hard part. Plant trees in your town. 16 in each acre. Sometimes, When you talk to Pelly, she'll say There's too many trees in town, and you chop down one, she then says We need MORE trees. That's because you put too many trees in an area. Yes, this means orchards will NOT work. You have to spread out you trees, so they have more room to grow.
Flowers: This part takes a while, but its easy as pie. If you are doing it the acre way, ( 16 by 16 squares ) there needs to be 3 flowers in each acre. If you're not doing it that way, well, you cant have too many flowers, so plant them anywhere you can. If you have Nookington's, he will sell you 7 packs of flowers a day. On the other hand, Nooks Cranny has only 1 pack a day, so good luck with that. I would do the flower part by skipping BACK to the Flower Fest, so it gives you more flowers. You don't HAVE to do this, its just easier.
Neighbors: When you're making a perfect town, make sure you have 8 villagers living in the town, and also to make sure nobody moves away, because if you have a tree 2 paces away from a signboard, and someone moves in there, the tree will vanish.
Trash and Items: Pick up your things! If you have items or trash on the ground, it will count against you.
When you get a Perfect Town, you have to keep it that way for 16 days. On the 16th day, Pelly or Phyillis will give you the Golden Watering Can.
