Will I lose my save?

So I've ordered a new micro SD card for my switch cause I've ran out of space on my current one.

My question is, when it comes, will my save be okay, or is there anything I need to do to move it? I tried looking earlier to see if the save was on the console or the SD card but couldn't see anything. I do also have the back up option with Switch Online too, if that's a help.

iirc, your save should be fine as i believe the save data is held on the console itself! i got a micro sd card for my switch, and my save was fine
