Will Rover be in new horizons?

Will he, and if he does, how?
Will he be in a plane this time?
He was in a train, twice and a bus, so will he appear, or will he be dead like in wild world.
People probably don't care, BUT I CARE!!!

He's definitely got to be on the plane. He was there in every game so far except for Wild World, so I believe he will be there. Or either that, they will pull another Wild World on us and he won't be there. Really hope not, because he's a cool kitty.
