Will these collectibles return?

I never had a chance to be part of any contest because of my sister because she won't allow me to play NH. So l was never able to earn tickets. l was wondering if Celeste plush will return or mom's plush in shop for another fair? I thought of a nice collectible lineup of colors and the Celeste is perfect for it.

It's very unlikely we'll bring the plush series back in the future. The only other opportunity to earn our retired/limited edition collectibles is typically through our holiday raffles, which may or may not take place this year.
