Will you be buying Target's "Nintendo Animal Crossing Collector Box"?

I couldn't find a thread about this so I figured I make it to hear everyone's opinions.
There's a cool collector's box that has some quality stuff (NintenTalk's channel did an unboxing) that's all about Animal Crossing.

There are two kinds, and they are both $30.

We actually did! The second one came out last year and my siblings actually found it just... sitting there at Target. It's kinda wild considering it was getting super scalped (like anything remotely interesting or fun lately)

We gave it to our mom as a present and she loves it lol.

i want to, but i can't because i'm in the uk. even if target does ship internationally, the cost wouldn't be worth it. i know the second box (which is the one i'd want) was up on amazon uk last year, but it's still unavailable as of right now. maybe it'll come up again? i've no clue, and i'll probably forget to check anyway lmao. i suppose i can't complain too much since we do get some decent merch here, but that box has some more unique items like the little peach squishy/stressball and the blanket/rug.

I'm very tempted, lol. I've been seeing one of the two in store for quite awhile and I will admit it's super cute! But I think I'd rather spend my money on other things RN, so it's low on my priority list.

I got the second one for my birthday and it's cute. Of everything that was in the box, I absolutely loved the notebook.

It's actually not! the youtuber said it was pretty decent material. Quality beanie, quality water bottle and lunch (bento) box. He seemed less excited about the bag but he even said that felt a little heftier in quality than the cheap ones. But who knows, everyone has different tastes and levels of expensive taste.

The one on the right has been sold at EB Games in Australia for some time, but I wouldn't really use any of the stuff in it, so I never bought it. However, the one on the left I haven't seen before, but it looks really cute! It looks like it has a lunch box, and I'd use that.

I actually bought the one on the right a while back! I found it one day while browsing target and couldn't resist nabbing it. It's got some pretty cute stuff. I really enjoy the calendar most of all, as I don't really have a calendar lol. Saves me from buying one next year too! And I guess as long as I find it interesting enough to keep as a reminder of what day it is. The peach squish smells faintly peach scented to me somehow???? It's a lot softer than I expected too. Not really into squishes but I thought it was pretty neat. The bell bag blanket is a strange texture so I just use it as decoration honestly. OH! The isabelle socks are GREAT I use them like all the time. They're so cute and soft and fuzzy,,, I love them more than the rest of the box, honestly.

I won’t be buying one for myself. I’m not much of a collector and the style isn’t for me. I’m sure whoever does decide to purchase one will enjoy it, though.

Oof, I thought that box on the left was going to be a large amiibo card box. I got super excited... then was shot down when I checked out an unboxing video – it's just the box everything comes in. ;o;

Everything is still super cool, but nothing interests me enough for me to buy either of them myself! The DIY bottle keychain is super cute though, I'd like to buy that seperately.

I bought the first one, the quality of the stuff inside was pretty bad (definitely not worth $30) so I returned it. I won’t be buying the second one because of the negative experience I had with the first one

Seems kinda useless for me. Sorry if that came out as rude, but I'm not much of a collector like that. I know my sister might want that.
