The fact you even mention a reserve means you didn't read the rules. And yelling at me in all caps in not a good way to start of with a cycling thread if they have a villager you want. I would appreciate if you would refrain from posting in my thread in the future.

Every single thread is different. If you don't read the rules and don't abide by them, don't be surprised if you never get the villager you're looking for. Cyclers literally get nothing out of this process except for the enjoyment of giving people the animals they like. If people are rude, immature and snarky, it's well within the cycler's right just not to give that person any animal. Read the rules. Be polite. It's not that hard.
