Well as it was posted on a Art thread and this is still kinda like stealing art, even if she didn't mean too, of course people will be upset.
I think you miss understood lol, I know why people are upset I just think the thread itself has gone on long enough ^^;;
Also think way OP is handling herself and what they did or didn't do wrong.

sorry to add more stuff, but you say that you were practicing brushstrokes and shading when earlier you said you just decided to pair them by recolouring?
tbh op could have handled this much more maturely than swearing and yelling at people

Please just leave me alone guys. I'm done. Its been an awful week without all this and I'm sick of everything and everyone to the point where I actually just don't wanna do anything any more. I asked Tina to delete my account and I don't know what else you want from me. I cancelled my order for my wacom draw and I'm just gonna stop my art and focus more on my photography cause this forum was my last hope for an art community that I would enjoy and that's gone now.

Hey guys, I'm closing this thread since it has gotten out of hand.
It is always better to create your own characters instead of taking pre-existing characters, since you can ultimately do whatever you want with your own characters since they are yours. Also, using copyrighted characters will definitely cause legal issues in the future.
However, it is no one's place to keep pressuring the OP regarding this issue even though they have acknowledged that the characters aren't theirs, and explained that they only wanted to use those characters to practice. If you feel someone else is being rude that doesn't mean you should retaliate with rudeness yourself. Encouraging another member to leave the forum is not acceptable neither.
I noticed that throughout the whole debacle, only one user reported what was happening. In the future, if you see posts that you think may break the rules and/or escalated quarrels between members, please report it instead of continuously posting and adding to the argument. Thank you.
