Huh, I guess there are a few games I'm looking forward to!

Must haves:

• Mario Kart World - doesn't need an explanation!
• Split Fiction - I will always be excited for a two-person cooperative multiplayer!
• Super Mario Party Jamboree Switch 2 upgrade
• Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Switch 2 Edition
• Pokémon Z-A
• Kirby Air Riders

Maybe:

• Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour (I'm just curious? It seems interesting enough)
• Bravely Default (Not my usual type of game, but it looked interesting enough, so I'll wait to see more before deciding)
• Kirby and the Forgotten Land Switch 2 upgrade (I'd need to actually finish the game. I am fairly certain I was in the last world and almost finished when I stopped playing it...)
• Witchbrook (Another one I'm curious to see more of before deciding)

A small list because the prices are crazy. I'm really glad the Switch 1 pro controller is compatible with the Switch 2, so I don't need to doll out another $80 for that. No interest in the accessories. Also not a big fan of the upgrade editions.

Wants:
Mario Kart World
Pokemon Legends: Z-A (but I'd be okay with the Switch 1 version too)

On the fence:
The Duskbloods (would only play on co-op)

If the Switch 2 is bought by launch date, I'd buy one of the games listed and the other would be a gift idea. If not bought, then it would be bought at Black Friday/Cyber Monday. The tariffs are really bad news and it puts a lot of uncertainty how much the Switch 2 will actually cost. I want a Switch 2 but I hate the price and I fear the future price. I don't know.

Probably most excited for Metroid Prime 4. If I end up getting Switch 2, most likely would pick up Mario Kart at some point. I'll wait and see how Pokemon Legends Z-A is, I had mixed feelings about Legends Arceus, liked some aspects, but it also got very repetitive after a while, not much replayability like older Pokemon games (for me, at least)

There's definitely a few games I want to get already! The main two for me that I'll get as soon as possible are Mario Kart World and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. I might also get the Switch 2 Welcome Tour right away if it's cheap enough since why not. Otherwise, I'd wait until Christmas/my birthday for games like Pokemon Legends Z-A, Kirby Air Riders, Donkey Kong Bonanza, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. I also want Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, but I'll likely get that on the PS5 instead.

Saw that the prices inflated and its narrowed now.

Probable buys:
1. Z-A
2. New AC
3. Elden Ring (havent played it yet)

Thats it. Very angry over the prices. I may even delay getting the Switch 2 unless there is a bundle I may want.

I’m disappointed with the prices of the games. This means I’ll only be getting games I know for a fact I’m going to be interested. I won’t purchase a game just because it ‘looks fun.’

I’ll be getting the following:
Mario Kart World (on release)
Pokémon Legends Z-A (likely within a week of release)

The prices scare me to the point where i'm unsure of buying on release, but there are 2 games im interested which is Pokemon Z-A and the new Tomodachi Life.

I would also want a new AC game, but there is no news about it.
