You need to wait 1 more day. I changed my wait time from 48 hours to 72.

When I finish the request. Wouldn't make sense if it was when you made your form. What would happen if it took me 3 days to complete it? You'd be able to request again immediately. So. Yeah. The 72 hour wait period starts when your request is finished.
