I just went to talk and see what the town rating was, cuz it was a C maybe a D+ or whatever yesterday....

And she says it is PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! I wasnt even trying for a perfect town. I was just doing flowers on my paths. Now to keep this rating! Woot Woot! I think I might be able to help those seeking a perfect town now that I see what it looks like =)

I have that same rating= C or D or whatever.
