I would say Tuesdays or Wednesdays are the worst. At least on Thursdays and Fridays you can look forward to the weekend, and Mondays generally aren't that bad since you feel refreshed from having a weekend break, but once you hit the middle of the week you start getting worn out, and I generally struggle the most around the middle of the week with classes and work.
But also, I think Saturday and Sunday are the runners up. My sleep deprivation tends to be worst over the weekend cause I have no incentive to sleep at a normal time, so I end up feeling groggy and sleepy the entire weekend before I get slapped back awake on Monday.
