Well, it's all in discussion right now, and we'd all need to work out a basic format for the rating//method for rating.
Then we'd need to find a way where we could all talk together, as a group c:

Hmmmm... So I may know of an application that may help with the whole "group chat" aspect of things! It's called GroupMe. Have you heard of it? Here's the link: https://groupme.com/en-US/. People that have it can use it either on their computer or their smartphones (there's a phone app, too).

I used it to be a part of a fitness group on Reddit and it worked really well as a group chat! Everyone that is interested can get added on there and we could all brainstorm together on it and vote on things and such

Good luck with this, you guys! It sounds like a fun idea. And I'm sure people would appreciate the constructive criticism.

I'd say I'd like to help out, but I don't know if I'd consistently have time to write detailed commentary.
Maybe you guys could come up with a rubric for the various aspects/categories you're grading that people could fill out and then take an average of the scores to give an accurate picture of how people generally feel, since the rating of just one person may not reflect this? And then just have your assigned person write the detailed critique? If this were the case, I'd definitely rate some towns for you guys as a general scorer.

If this is ever going to happen, then someone who is usually active here just has to take charge and get things started. I could be that person if people wanted me to, but I usually like to defer to others for these kinds of things.
