Would you buy this? Looking for prices and criticism!

Did you see the link: here

I can try to find one for gimp, but the one above I what I used starting out.

What's confusing you?

How to I make correct curves? It turns out in a circle, if I get it, I need to move it. BUT I can't move it or shrink it.

ALSO how do I keep it so I can do what she did? (Trying to beg my mom for Photoshop, not working well)

To move a path click the move option in the tool options box and move it
If you want to make proper curves, click the edit option, then click a spot on the path that you want to make a curve on, then hold it and move it around (DO NOT RELEASE IT).
If you release it, click the design button and play around with the anchor.
To outline the path, press stroke path on tool options box. I usually use 3 px but you might want to play around with it.

Don't do the grow thing, I didn't get it either.

I think you understood nothing ;-;

If you're having a hard time with the current lineart method, SAI had a 30-day trial which you can try out. It also has a lineart layer.

To open a new lineart layer, click this icon from the layer box.

You can see multiple options. You can use the curve tool just like the anchor points and stuff, but there is no need to fill it anymore.

I used this before and I didn't have a tablet so I had to make do :p I don't use it anymore but if you are starting out and you really do want to make art digital, I recommend you try this method out.

Here is a drawing I did last year. I lined it with the curve tool. (Yes I know everything is wrong, but I was 10 so idk bruh gimme a break)
