Would You Get Mad If Someone Sold Or Gave A Collectible They Won From Your Giveaway?

I'd be slightly annoyed if they immediately sold or traded it after winning, if I specified not to, but that'd be it

selling or trading after a time has passed though is completely whatever

and I see no issue with giving away an item that was previously given away

I'm not sure. I have received a few awesome gifts myself and I think I'd ask first if I need to use it for something.
With regular giveaways I think it depends on what the rules state - if it's not forbidden, then technically there's nothing you can be mad about.

No, in my opinion when you give up ownership after you give it away, you also loose the authority over what gets done with it.

If the giveaway has a rule that only people who want that collectible to keep, or have in their lineup, should enter the giveaway, then people who intend on following that rule should be the only ones to enter.

I don't think you should enter a giveaway if you're not looking to keep the collectible. Although, I wouldn't mind if it got re-gifted to someone else who wanted it down the line.

I think it depends. If someone were to resell the collectible right away, then yes, that is a little rude.

However, it is up to the person hosting the giveaway. I don't think there's harm to voicing some ground rules for people before they enter if you want to avoid resellers (i.e. if you plan on getting rid of it, host another giveaway or only enter if you don't have this collectible already). However, if a significant amount of time passed, then I believe people should do whatever they want. People's tastes and preferences change over time.

i think it becomes too complicated when you're putting official times and deadlines on when it's acceptable to sell/trade a collectible from a give away, i think once it's been given it's theirs to do as they please technically. however of course it's polite not to do that right after been given it and etiquette should apply in these situations however i don't think there should be a specific rule (as in the forums, you can make it a rule in the thread)
