I have a hunch who it was but there's no way to prove it I'm afraid :c I needed visits for my station upgrade and I did ask in my first post not to go into my main town but I guess I can't expect everyone to read every word. I just feel weird following people around and not trusting them, it sucks to have to do that but I guess I learned my lesson :c

Sorry that happened to you. This is my least favorite aspect of the game, that people can take or trample things and it's so hard to control without stalking someone as they are there It seems that since they set your house up so nothing can be taken or moved, they could have done the same with your town, with a small area by station or main street that you can leave things to be picked up or just a basket for visitors such as the island has. And you could see what they take before they left.

I'm also sorry to hear about your experience. It's typically frowned upon to run around someone's town unsupervised, and most people here on TBT know this and act accordingly. If people are coming to your town for any reason, they SHOULD read every word of the original post and follow any rules you have put in place. It's really just common courtesy... -_-

I've also been a victim of theft, and since then have opted to only trade with people who have an abundance of positive feedback and seem to have a general gist of the way things work around here. Hopefully this one bad experience doesn't dissuade you from trading or letting people into your town in the future, and I hope you're able to earn your upgrade before too long.

I seen people asking for visitor but only require them to "stay at the train station" so take the tips and leave. Any further visit can be done by visiting dream address.

You re kind to allow visitors around but people...oh well...not everyone will follow your rules apparently.

But remember to be very cautious when having visitors over, especially if you are not fully supervising me. When I have visitors that are not friends over, I follow them like a hawk. ^~^

same thing happened to me with hybrids, i had opened my town up for people to sell turnips and i kind of stopped watching after a while because i got bored, so i was just messing around on the beach... didn't realize til later that the hybrids i put outside of retail and brewsters to decorate were gone no idea who it was either since i had a couple people coming in and out

what hybrids are you missing? i could give you some black roses if you want any
