Yeah I love that part you can just get all your fossils appraised at once then donate them all and whatever else you have collected, I did a few this morning

Try re-inserting the sd card. If that doesn't work then try to drain the battery and then charge it fully. If nothing else, I recommend phoning Nintendo.

Try what was suggested, but if that doesn't work, take it back! If it doesn't do what it's supposed to then it's not fit for purpose and you can get it taken back. Depends who you go with. Shopto arrange to collect it and replace it, Amazon are great with replacing items and not sure about Game, let's hope I don't have to find out as that's who I went with...
