Has anyone read these fantastic five books? They are my all time favorites, and they were written by Lloyd Alexander. They have a Lord of the Rings touch to them. Highly recommended!

Does anybody read any translations? I read books in Russian, and some books that were translated from Spanish...

I never heard of them. Are they like Lord of the Rings?
Yes, very much. The names are very much like TLotR, too. I suggest you go and get yourself The Chronicles of Prydain NOW!

I would, but I have too many things on my agenda to read.

Rubicon
A History of the roman Empire
Ceasar
The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire
The Iliad and The Odysee

Guess what? I need to read Roman books, too. It's in my home-school syllabus...

But when you get the time...

Where to buy the books

Nope. I'm not to good in Spanish and I don't know any other languages except a little Italian. I'm going to read Greek Literature soon. It is translatee, but there are alot of greek words still in it.

I love the Roman Empire. Its really fascinating. I love Hstory. WWII, the Nepalonic Wars, War of the Roses, 30 years war, ect...they all fascinate me.
