Well, as it's such a big change, so think of it like this. If you request it as an update, you will not be able to update the old signature from what it is, if you were to get a new villager or anything. Then it'd be 100 for the house, 200 for the villagers, and 25 for any other changes.
If you request it as a new signature however, you'll be able to update both, as they'll count for different signatures.
Accepted, that'll be 650 tbt please ^_^
I'm hoping i'll feel up to working on it very soon, been fighting a pneumonia the last week or two. I'm not sure anymore, the days are flowing together right now xD
