The QR Machine. I finally got the stupid thing yesterday and it works great. WITH MY MAIN CHARACTER. I wanted to use my brother's character to scan a set of codes for a path, but Sable just ignores me and won't allow me to use it. So now i have to talk to Sable everyday for like 2 weeks and since i don't time travel it will take forever until i get my fancy path Please let me know if i'm being stupid and if there's an easier solution.

As I said in the question thread...

"Your friend isn't my friend" seems to be Sable's deal.

I'm afraid there isn't an easier solution. You'll have to become Sable's friend on the second character in order to use to the machine. What you could do, however, is make a set of simple patterns that use names like right corner, left corner, top, bottom, ect. and plan your path out. When you are able to use QR codes, all you have to do is save the new fancy path over the corresponding simple path save spot and they'll replace the existing path.

I made sure all four of my cahracters talked to Sable daily, so now they all can use the QR machine.
Getting furniture refurbished is another story. I have to use my main character to customize the pieces I'm placing in the other characters' homes.
