I answered that because my town is named the same as in previous games, so I've kinda been there and I didn't want it to be a secret.

It's not really the same town though even if it has the same name lol. It's like a different...dimension of your old town. xD So you've never actually been there.

i wanted face 2 because it's the only one i actually like.

i don't want a face that i'll hate because if i do, i'll just be unhappy with everything since it's permanent :x
so i did "cheat" or "lie" and got something i love, so it helps me have a better experience in AC games

I chose #3 because I felt like it and I'm happy with it.

To me, the #1 face looks weird on the taller characters. I'm probably too used to seeing it on the old shorter characters.

I used this exact guide for my first town, as I'd never played AC before and wanted to be up to speed with my friends that had. I originally chose face #8, but I'd come to hate it within the next few months. I had to restart after my game went kaput and chose face #1 semi-blindly (I'd seen it before from looking at the guide, but answered the questions honestly). I like it so much better. My bestie has the same face, too, so we're twinisies. I say look at the guide, don't look at the guide--it's up to you. It's your $40 bucks, play it how you want.

I picked the choices honestly and got face number two that I've kept forever. I got blue eyes! ^o^

I've used both face one and the last face intentionally. Currently I'm using face one on my mayor, and once I make the second character I'll use the last face because I think it looks better on male characters.

I did that because I know I wouldn't be able to enjoy the game if I got a face I disliked x(

I didn't know a guide, so I just kept going with the first answers since I had a feeling Face #1 would be the first answers.

I have angular eyes [forgot which number that is orz] for mine because i crossdress a lot and the eyes seemed very neutral. the answers were not what i would have answered, but most of them aren't period.

Face #8 for my mayor! My-eyes-are-so-wide-because-I've-had-too-much-coffee look. Heh. I don't consider it lying to choose certain answers in order to get a particular face. If the game didn't want you to do that at all, it would give you a random face every time.

When I first started playing on my brother's game I got face #3 without using a guide, then when I got my own copy of the game I used a guide to make sure I got the same face since I liked it

But I used a guide to get face #1 and #2 for my second and third characters

I got my face (as seen on my avatar) by answering honestly.
I've tried to use guides on hair and faces in past AC games, but I always find at the end of it that I don't like the result nearly as much as I thought I would. Now I just let the game handle it, and usually end up happier with what I get.
