Im putting a dungeon in the basement of my castle so 4-8? I'm not really sure how big they are...

I would preferably like to get Tia as soon as possible because I have a vacant spot right now and I'm worried that if I trade with someone, a villager may end up accidentally taking residence in my town.

I am willing to pay 100 tbt for Tia. I've requested on a separate thread, but haven't gotten a reply yet.
